智七针加健脾益肾推拿辅治发育迟缓临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察智七针加健脾益肾推拿辅治发育迟缓的效果。方法:86例按照随机数字表法分为两组各43例。两组均用常规康复训练,观察组加用智七针联合健脾益肾推拿法。结果:治疗后两组语言康复能力、Gesell评分和PDMS评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:智七针加健脾益肾推拿能够改善语言康复能力,提高其Gesell评分和PDMS评分。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Zhiqi Seven Needles combined with spleen-invigorating and kidney-tonifying massage as adjunctive therapy for hypoevolutism.Methods:Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group additionally received Zhiqi Seven Needles and spleen-invigorating and kidney-tonifying massage.Results:After treatment,language rehabilitation ability,Gesell scores,and PDMS scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group showed greater improvement compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhiqi Seven Needles combined with spleen-invigorating and kidney-tonifying massage could enhance language rehabilitation ability and improve Gesell and PDMS scores.
