摘  要:传统油井作业的安全在线监测方法存在监测参数不全面、数据传输和处理能力有限等问题,导致对油井作业安全风险的评估不准确,无法及时发现并处理潜在的安全隐患。因此,提出一种基于无线传感器网络通信技术的油井作业安全在线监测方法。根据油井作业的具体环境和监测需求,合理规划传感器的部署节点,并融合来自不同传感器节点的监测数据。然后,对融合后的监测数据进行异常判别,对比处理后的监测数据与预警指标,触发预警机制时发出相应的预警信号。实验结果表明,该方法具有更高的准确性和实时性,能够更好地保障油井作业的安全进行。The traditional on-line safety monitoring method for oil well operation has some problems,such as incomplete monitoring parameters and limited data transmission and processing ability,which leads to inaccurate assessment of oil well operation safety risks and failure to find and deal with potential safety hazards in time.Therefore,an online monitoring method of oil well operation safety based on wireless sensor network communication technology is proposed.According to the specific environment and monitoring requirements of oil well operation,the deployment nodes of sensors are reasonably planned,and the monitoring data from different sensor nodes are fused.Then,the anomaly of the fused monitoring data is judged,the processed monitoring data is compared with the early warning index,and the corresponding early warning signal is issued when the early warning mechanism is triggered.The experimental results show that this method is more accurate and real-time,and can better ensure the safety of oil well operations.
