摘　　要：文章研究基于工业物联网的继电器自动装配线实时监控系统,阐述系统的设计理念、架构及其实现方法。该系统通过在装配线各节点部署智能传感器,并结合制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)和企业资源规划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)等系统实现全面感知与智能调度,确保生产过程中数据采集、传输、处理及展示的高效性。通过对BRF-18型号继电器装配线的实际测试,结果表明系统能够快速识别并响应不同类型的故障,具备高精度的检测能力。This paper studies the real-time monitoring system of relay automatic assembly line based on industrial Internet of Things,and expounds the design concept,architecture and implementation method of the system.By deploying intelligent sensors at each node of the assembly line,and combining with Manufacturing Execution System(MES)and Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP),the system realizes comprehensive perception and intelligent scheduling,ensuring the efficiency of data collection,transmission,processing and display in the production process.Through the actual test of BRF-18 relay assembly line,the results show that the system can quickly identify and respond to different types of faults and has high-precision detection ability.
