摘 要:5G网络切片技术通过虚拟化和动态资源调度,能够满足智能制造中低时延、高可靠性、大带宽等需求,提高生产效率和资源利用率。文章从技术原理出发,分析网络切片的架构,包括物理层、虚拟化层、切片管理与编排层以及业务层。结合实际应用场景,提出切片定制、动态资源调度、切片隔离等关键策略。研究表明,5G网络切片技术能够通过虚拟化技术提供灵活的网络资源管理,满足智能制造中机器人控制、工业物联网、高清视频监控等不同场景的定制化需求。5G网络切片技术通过灵活的资源分配和精细化管理,为智能制造的多样化应用提供高效、可靠的网络支持,是推动制造业数字化和智能化的重要技术手段。Through virtualization and dynamic resource scheduling,5G network slicing technology can meet the requirements of low latency,high reliability and large bandwidth in intelligent manufacturing,and improve production efficiency and resource utilization.Based on the technical principle,this paper analyzes the architecture of network slicing,including physical layer,virtualization layer,slicing management and arrangement layer and business layer.Combined with practical application scenarios,key strategies such as slice customization,dynamic resource scheduling and slice isolation are proposed.The research shows that 5G network slicing technology can provide flexible network resource management through virtualization technology,and meet the customization requirements of different scenarios such as robot control,industrial Internet of Things and high-definition video surveillance in intelligent manufacturing.Through flexible resource allocation and refined management,5G network slicing technology provides efficient and reliable network support for diversified applications of intelligent manufacturing,which is an important technical means to promote digitalization and intelligence of manufacturing industry.
