摘 要:本文将美国的《感伤宣言》与同时期英国、法国的同类型文献进行深入比较。通过对不同文献中权利诉求、思想根源以及策略主张的剖析,揭示各国“人人生而平等”思想的异同与背后的社会、历史、文化成因,为全面理解19世纪社会发展的多元性与复杂性提供理论参考。This article conducts an in-depth comparison between the United States'"Declaration of Sentiment"and similar literature from England and France during the same period.Through the analysis of the right demands,ideological roots and strategic propositions in different documents,this paper reveals the similarities and differences of the idea of"everyone is born equal"in various countries and the social,historical and cultural causes behind it,providing a theoretical reference for a comprehensive understanding of the diversity and complexity of social development in the 19th century.
