摘 要:高校人事管理是高等教育治理体系的重要组成部分,影响着人才培养、学术研究和社会服务等核心职能。随着新时代高等教育改革的深化高校人事管理面临新的挑战和机遇,包括教师队伍建设、薪酬绩效考核、职称评定及国际化人才引进等方面的问题。本文基于当前高校人事管理现状结合国内外先进管理理念,从制度创新、数字化改革、绩效管理优化以及人才引育机制等多个维度探讨如何构建科学合理、符合时代发展要求的人事管理体系,以推动高校综合竞争力的提升。Personnel management in universities is an important component of the higher education governance system,which affects core functions such as talent cultivation,academic research,and social services.With the deepening of higher education reform in the new era,personnel management in universities is facing new challenges and opportunities,including issues related to teacher team building,salary and performance evaluation,professional title assessment,and international talent introduction.This article is based on the current situation of personnel management in universities,combined with advanced management concepts at home and abroad.It explores how to build a scientific and reasonable personnel management system that meets the requirements of the times from multiple dimensions such as institutional innovation,digital reform,performance management optimization,and talent attraction mechanism,in order to promote the overall competitiveness of universities.
