摘　　要：坚持“全心全意为人民服务”是党的宗旨,也是党的最高价值取向。随着时代的发展和社会人文环境的变化,“全心全意为人民服务”的思想已经成为大众普遍认可的价值观念。我们每个人既是被服务的人,同时也是服务他人的人。“全心全意为人民服务”的本质就是奉献社会,为全社会的和谐发展贡献自己的一份力量。当代大学生作为新时代青年,是祖国未来建设的中坚力量,树立“为人民服务”的正确职业价值观对大学生未来职业发展、实现自我价值、增强对社会主义本质和共产党执政理念的认同等方面有着非常重要的现实意义。Adhering to the principle of"serving the people wholeheartedly"is the purpose and highest value orientation of the Party.With the development of the times and changes in the social and cultural environment,the idea of"serving the people wholeheartedly"has become a widely recognized value among the public.We are both the ones being served and the ones serving others.The essence of'serving the people wholeheartedly'is to contribute to society and contribute one's own strength to the harmonious development of the whole society.As young people of the new era,contemporary college students are the backbone of China's future construction.Establishing the correct pro-fessional values of"serving the people"is of great practical significance for college students'future career development,realizing their self-worth,and enhancing their recognition of the essence of socialism and the Communist Party's governing philosophy.
