摘 要:本研究针对大数据时代下图书馆用户行为特征及其服务需求进行深入分析。首先,通过对大数据技术的探讨及其在图书馆领域的应用现状进行综述,阐述了大数据时代图书馆用户行为的新变化和趋势。然后,利用数据挖掘技术,对真实的图书馆用户行为数据集进行处理和分析,揭示了用户访问模式和借阅偏好。基于分析结果,本研究设计并提出了一系列个性化服务策略,旨在优化用户体验及提升图书馆服务质量。这些策略包括推荐系统的设计,个性化信息服务,用户互动和反馈机制的完善以及知识服务的定制化。最后,研究通过案例分析验证了这些个性化服务策略的有效性,并对图书馆在大数据环境下持续优化其服务提供了战略建议。研究成果为图书馆服务创新提供了理论支撑和实践指导,有助于构建更加精准和高效的图书馆服务体系。This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the behavioral characteristics and service needs of library users in the era of big data.Firstly,through the exploration of big data technology and its current application status in the library field,this article summarizes the new changes and trends in library user behavior in the era of big data.Then,using data mining techniques,the real library user behavior dataset was processed and analyzed,revealing user access patterns and borrowing preferences.Based on the analysis results,this study designs and proposes a series of personalized service strategies aimed at optimizing user experience and improving library service quality.These strate-gies include the design of recommendation systems,personalized information services,improvement of user interaction and feedback mecha-nisms,and customization of knowledge services.Finally,the study validated the effectiveness of these personalized service strategies through case analysis and provided strategic recommendations for libraries to continuously optimize their services in the big data environ-ment.The research results provide theoretical support and practical guidance for library service innovation,which helps to build a more accurate and efficient library service system.
