双师课堂教学与案例教学法联合应用在临床医学本科肿瘤学教学中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨双师课堂与CBL联合应用在肿瘤学本科教学中的效果。方法:将298名学生随机分为对照组(n=150)和试验组(n=148)。对照组学生接受传统教学,试验组学生接受双师课堂和CBL联合教学。比较两组学生的测试成绩,使用χ^(2)检验分析两组差异。结果:试验组理论知识和临床实践分析能力测试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双师课堂与CBL联合应用能有效提高学生的学习成绩,具有推广价值。Objective:To explore the effect of combining dual-teacher classroom teaching and Case-Based Learning(CBL)in oncology education for undergraduate medical students.Methods:A total of 298 students were randomly divided into a control group(n=150)and an experimental group(n=148).The control group received traditional teaching,while the experimental group received dual-teacher classroom and CBL combined teaching.The test scores of both groups were compared,and the differences were analyzed using theχ^(2) test.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge and clinical practice analysis ability tests compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of dual-teacher classroom teaching and CBL can effectively improve students'learning outcomes and is worth promoting.
