摘  要:目的:探讨双师课堂与CBL联合应用在肿瘤学本科教学中的效果。方法:将298名学生随机分为对照组(n=150)和试验组(n=148)。对照组学生接受传统教学,试验组学生接受双师课堂和CBL联合教学。比较两组学生的测试成绩,使用χ^(2)检验分析两组差异。结果:试验组理论知识和临床实践分析能力测试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双师课堂与CBL联合应用能有效提高学生的学习成绩,具有推广价值。Objective:To explore the effect of combining dual-teacher classroom teaching and Case-Based Learning(CBL)in oncology education for undergraduate medical students.Methods:A total of 298 students were randomly divided into a control group(n=150)and an experimental group(n=148).The control group received traditional teaching,while the experimental group received dual-teacher classroom and CBL combined teaching.The test scores of both groups were compared,and the differences were analyzed using theχ^(2) test.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge and clinical practice analysis ability tests compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of dual-teacher classroom teaching and CBL can effectively improve students'learning outcomes and is worth promoting.
