摘　　要：在智能技术和互联网技术的支持下,医院不断完善“线上+线下”的智慧门诊服务平台,能够让患者感受到更优质的门诊服务,患者就医体验不断提高。门诊流程、环境与设施是社会对医院就诊服务的第一印象。门诊是医院的重要窗口。三甲医院门诊量大,门诊收费工作复杂。基于此,本文通过分析三甲医院信息化建设的意义与智慧门诊收费系统应用中存在的问题,阐述智慧门诊收费系统的应用与实现,以期为三甲医院信息化智慧门诊收费工作提供参考。In the context of modern society,patients'medical experience has been continuously improved.With the support of intelligent technology and Internet technology,the"online+offline"smart outpatient service platform has been constantly improved,which can enable patients to feel better outpatient services.The outpatient process,environment,and facilities are the first impression that society has of hospital medical services.Outpatient services are an important window for hospitals,and tertiary hospitals have a large volume of outpatient services and complex outpatient fee collection work.Based on this,this article analyzes the significance of informationization construction in tertiary hospitals and the problems existing in the application of information-based intelligent outpatient charging systems.It elaborates on the application and implementation of information-based intelligent outpatient charging systems,in order to provide reference for the development of information-based intelligent outpatient charging work in tertiary hospitals.
