摘　　要：Global politics in the 20th century is characterized by declolonization(or the collapse of the European colonial system)and the rise of the"Global South".In recent years,the"Global South"has increasingly emerged as a pivotal force,reshaping international landscape and leading to transformations in global governance.Consequently,its formation and evolution have sparked widespread attention and debate within international academic circles.
