摘　　要：肛周坏死性筋膜炎(PNF)是一种以肛周、会阴三角区域的重症感染性疾病,起病常表现为会阴部局部脓肿,诊疗不当常伴有脓毒血症甚至多器官功能衰竭而造成死亡,病死率高达25%30%。本研究选取2024年收治的2例PNF经典案例,总结了唐智军教授中西医结合治疗PNF的临床经验。Perianal necrotizing fasciitis(PNF)is a severe infectious disease affecting the perianal and per-ineal triangle area.The condition often begins as a perineal local abscess,and if left untreated or misdiagnosed,itcan lead to sepsis and even multiple organ failure,resulting in death.The fatality rate for PNF is as high as 25%-30%.This paper presents and discusses two classic cases of Professor Tang Zhijun′s treatment of PNF in 2024,and summarizes the clinical experience gained from combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in thetreatment of PNF.
