摘　　要：我国区域病理专科联盟尚处于起始发展阶段,存在政策保障、运营方式、工作方法等方面的研究与探索不足,同时在工作机制、人才保障、资源布局等方面存在诸多挑战和问题。本文探索性地通过研究德阳区域病理专科联盟模式建构和发展,探索基层医疗机构病理建设新模式,以期实现区域内各成员单位"人员互通、医疗互通、信息互通",促进区域病理专科联盟的持续性高质量发展,助力区域病理服务能力和整体医疗服务水平的提升。The regional pathology specialty alliance in China was still in the initial stage of develop ment,with insufficient research and exploration in policy guarantees,operational methods,and working methods,there were many challenges and problems in working mechanisms,talent guarantee,resource layout,and other aspects at the same time.This article explores the construction and development of the pathology alliance model in Deyang region,and explored a new model for the pathology construction of grassroots medical institutions,in order to achieve"personnel exchange,medical exchange,and information exchange"among member units in the region,to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the regional pathology alliance,and help improve the regional pathology service capacity and overall medical service level.
