摘 要:超声辅助腰椎穿刺术相比传统定位穿刺可以直观了解触诊无法获取的解剖学信息,如黄韧带深度、腰椎间隙宽度和脊柱异常等。超声下充分评估腰椎结构及精准定位可以提高腰椎穿刺成功率,减少创伤性穿刺次数,同时能够减少操作时间,提高患者满意度。本文基于系统回顾,探讨近年来超声引导下腰椎穿刺技术在国内外的应用及进展。进一步探索实时超声引导腰椎穿刺的新方法、着重培养临床床旁超声学习及应用流程,以促进超声引导下腰椎穿刺技术的推广应用,建立该技术临床应用的诊疗规范。It reviews various aspects of the ultrasound-guided lumbar puncture technique including its development,current research status worldwide,advantages,real-time ultrasound guidance,and the applica tion scope.Ultrasound technology provides detailed anatomical insights,including measurements of the depth of the supraspinous ligament,interspinous space width,and identification of spinal anomalies that are inaccessible through manual palpation.A thorough ultrasonographic assessment of the lumbar spine structure and precise localization can enhance the success rate of lumbar puncture procedures,reduce the number of traumatic punctures,and concurrently decrease pain and operative time.It will also help young doctors overcome their lack of experience and enhance their confidence when facing complex cases.This article systematically reviews the recent worldwide applications and advancements in lumbar puncture techniques under ultrasound guidance.Future research will focus on new needle-tracking technologies,clinical training models,and application processes to enhance their role in the procedure and establish diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines for lumbar puncture.
