摘　　要：The use of synthetic biology technology to develop cosmetic ingredients is attracting widespread attention due to its effectiveness,safety,and environmental friendliness.This article explains the concept of synthetic biology and its key technologies and current status in the production of cosmetic ingredients.It also briefly analyzes the regulatory approaches to synthetic biology-based cosmetic ingredients in different countries and regions,providing guidance for the management of this field in China.The goal is to ensure product safety,enhance consumer trust,and promote the healthy development of the industry.利用合成生物学技术开发的化妆品原料,由于其既有效、安全又兼具环保性,正引起社会广泛关注。本文阐述了合成生物学的概念及其在化妆品原料生产中的主要技术和现状,并简要分析了不同国家和地区对合成生物学化妆品原料的监管情况,为我国相关领域管理提供指导,以保障产品安全,提升消费者认可,推动行业良性发展。
