摘　　要：文章探讨了资源服务一体化发展的基本内涵,并在此基础上分析了资源服务一体化发展的指导原则、保障条件和实施路径。郑州大学图书馆以此为指导,聚焦学校学科建设、人才培养和科学研究的需求变化,融合馆员智慧与技术力量,以服务为导向,优化资源的建设、组织与服务模式,以资源为基础,强化资源服务利用支持,拓展创新信息服务,为用户提供了丰富、便捷、高效的知识资源服务体系,并将通过提高数据掌控能力,构建数据底座,打造学习研究助手智能体来建设智能化学习生态系统,持续推进资源服务一体化的深入发展。Although resource development and services have their own specialties and operate independently,they are closely connected internally.Resources are the basis for carrying out services,and services enable the effective utilization of resources.They are the premise and result of each other,interdependent and inseparable.However,in the practice of libraries,resource development and reader services are largely disconnected,which leads to incomplete synchronization between resource development and service demands,becoming a key factor limiting the improvement of library service efficiency.At the same time,the rapid development of information technology has significantly changed the form of library resources,the mode of services,and user demands.Only by breaking down the boundaries between resources and services,promoting their integrated development of resources and services through systemic thinking can libraries fulfill their responsibilities and missions of serving university development in an ever-changing internal and external environment.This paper uses the methods of literature research and text analysis to sort out and analyze the fundamental connotations of integrated development of resources and services,and on this basis,analyzes its guiding principles,supporting conditions,and implementation pathways.The study posits that resource-service integration is an evolutionary process of continuous improvement of university library capabilities and service efficiency,in which user-centered is the guiding principle,technological driving and management empowerment are the guarantee conditions,and resource development guided by service indicators and service innovation based on resources are the implementation paths.Taking this as a guide,Zhengzhou University Library focuses on the changing needs of disciplinary construction,talent cultivation,and scientific research,integrates the wisdom of librarians and the power of technology to carry out practical explorations of resource-service integration,and drives the conno
