摘  要:学术性新书是高校师生了解学科前沿、获取新知识和把握学术动态的重要文献来源之一,高校图书馆做好新书服务对于助力学校教学科研、人才培养等具有重要意义。文章在梳理高校图书馆新书服务发展历程和现状的基础上,以北京大学图书馆为例,从新书展阅服务的顶层设计出发,在人文价值视域下提出了基于用户需求层次的新书展阅服务的实践框架,着重论述了新书展阅服务在空间、资源、管理、服务、馆员、用户等多个维度的思考与创新实践,展示了新书展阅服务在营造阅读人文氛围、支持师生学术研究、提升馆员业务水平、服务大学育人功能、实现用户价值共创与融合发展等方面的实践成效,以期为有效建设和优化高校图书馆新书服务提供思路和参考。Academic new books serve as one of the crucial sources for faculty and students to stay abreast of the forefront of disciplines,acquire new knowledge,and grasp academic trends in universities.The provision of effective new book services in university libraries significantly contribute to support teaching and learning,facilitate scientific research and talent cultivation.However,current researches on new book services in university libraries primarily focused on summarizing practical work cases,with a notable lack of in-depth theoretical exploration and systematic analysis.In practice,the emphasis was largely on the daily operations and management of new book services,with insufficient exploration of the humanistic values inherent in these services.This article employed a multifaceted research approach,including literature review,case studies,and comparative research methods,focusing on the application and synthesis of theory in practice.It delved into how to effectively establish a practical framework for new book exhibition-reading services in university libraries from a humanistic value perspective,and optimize these services to support university teaching,research,and education better.Taking the new book exhibition-reading service at Peking University Library as an example,the article commenced with a top-level design analysis of the service,reevaluating and probing into the positioning and development of new book services.It proposed a practical framework for user-oriented new book exhibition-reading services from humanistic value perspective.The analysis focused on the“exhibition”and“reading”functions of the new book exhibition-reading service at Peking University Library,applied Maslow s Needs theory to categorize user needs into different levels,and provided tailored services at each level through careful analysis and exploration correspondingly.The article distilled practices that successfully integrate humanistic concepts into multiple facets such as space planning,collection development,organiza
