学科交叉融合环境下高校图书馆的信息服务初探——以西安交通大学图书馆为例

摘  要:在高校大力发展学科交叉融合的背景下,图书馆需要积极响应,利用丰富的资源优势和专业知识,不断拓展现有业务,创新服务手段。文章以西安交通大学图书馆为例,构建了学科交叉信息服务的整体框架,强化了图书馆作为知识中心的角色定位,以资源整合与揭示、学科服务和学习服务为切入点,探索开展学科交叉信息服务过程中遇到的难点,提出一方面高校需要提供资源共享保障机制,另一方面图书馆需要根据服务主体需求,及时调整服务策略,不断探索新技术的实践应用,并加强馆员信息素养培育,进而为用户提供更加准确、高效的学科交叉信息服务。The library serves as the center hub for literature information resources in the school and an academic institution dedicated to talent cultivation and scientific research.Especially with the blurring of disciplinary boundaries,the integration across different disciplines intensifies,and the user demand for cross-domain information resources becomes increasingly pressing.This trend has strongly driven the accelerated transformation and development of library resources and services.Taking the library of Xi an Jiaotong University(hereinafter referred to as XJTU Library)as an example,this article provided an in depth overview of the overall framework for interdisciplinary information services proposed by XJTU Library.By employing diversified technology-enabled information service methods,it transcended traditional college and disciplinary boundaries,and integrated,organized,and revealed high-quality resources in various fields to support the sustainable development of interdisciplinary research.The services included:(1)optimizing the allocation of library collection resources,building a thematic resource portal,and strengthening the integration and revelation of resources through artificial intelligence and knowledge graph technologies;(2)enhancing disciplinary services,using data mining and neural networks to develop an interdisciplinary collaboration recommendation model based on the academic achievement data of XJTU;building user portraits of interdisciplinary researchers,and completing interdisciplinary resource recommendations for researchers based on the calculation of reading preference similarities;and(3)broadening learning services by capitalizing on its resource strengths to provide knowledge service support for the university s unified construction of an acquisition-based learning platform.In terms of implementation,XJTU Library successfully integrated with three interdisciplinary teams,providing professional services for the teams through the thematic resource portal.It integrated the interdisciplinary c
