养生温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料性能的影响

摘  要:采用5、10、20、40、60℃分别模拟低温、室温、中温和高温现场养生条件,基于室内试验分析养生温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学性能、低温抗裂性能、抗疲劳性能的影响;基于工业CT无损检测技术和SEM试验,探讨养生温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料内部微细观空隙结构的影响规律。结果表明:提高养生温度后泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学强度、低温抗裂性能和抗疲劳性能显著提高;随着养生温度提高,微细观空隙级配中小于0.10 mm~3和小于0.05 mm~3微孔数量增多,而大于10.00 mm~3有害空隙数量减小,提高养生温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的微细观空隙结构有细化作用。建议在泡沫沥青冷再生路面施工期间加强施工和养生期间的温度控制,并结合寒区施工季节温度调整室内配合比设计养生温度。The field curing conditions at low temperature,room temperature,moderate temperature and high temperature were simulated at 5,10,20,40,60℃,and the effects of curing temperature on the mechanical properties,low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture were analyzed based on indoor tests.Based on industrial CT nondestructive testing technology and SEM test,the influence of curing temperature on the microvoid structure in foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture was discussed.The result shows that the mechanical strength,low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture are significantly improved after increasing the curing temperature.With the increase of curing temperature,the number of micropores less than 0.10 mm3 and less than 0.05 mm3 in the micro-void gradation increased,while the number of harmful voids more than 10.00 mm3 becomes less.Increasing curing temperature can refine the microstructure of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture.It is suggested that a control should be exercised on curing temperature during the construction of foamed asphalt cold recycled pavement,and the indoor mix design curing temperature should be adjusted in combination with the construction season temperature in cold regions.
