水性环氧树脂改性泡沫沥青冷再生混合料耐久性能研究

摘  要:在泡沫沥青冷再生混合料拌和阶段掺加水性环氧树脂(WER),基于劈裂强度试验确定最佳WER掺量,采用冻融循环劈裂试验、间接拉伸疲劳试验、室内MMLS3加速加载试验,研究WER对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料抗冻融耐久性、抗疲劳耐久性及高温长期稳定性的增强作用;基于扫描电镜试验揭示WER改性机理。结果表明:掺加WER显著提高了泡沫沥青混合料的劈裂强度、抗冻融耐久性能和抗疲劳耐久性能,推荐最佳WER掺量为2.0%。WER的增强机理在于其“加筋”“箍锁”“界面增强”作用,WER固化形成的高黏性热固性胶浆环氧树脂在泡沫沥青冷再生混合料内部形成“二级”黏结界面,弥补泡沫沥青冷再生内部界面黏结缺陷,提高了整体性。Watery epoxy resin(WER)was added in the mixing stage of foamed asphalt cold recycling mixture,and the optimum amount of WER was determined based on the splitting strength test.The enhancement effect of WER on freezethaw durability,anti-fatigue durability and high-temperature long-term stability of foamed asphalt cold recycling mixture was studied by freeze-thaw cycle splitting test,indirect tensile fatigue test and indoor MMLS3 accelerated loading test.The mechanism of WER modification was revealed based on SEM test.The result shows that,the splitting strength,freeze-thaw durability and fatigue durability of foamed asphalt mixture are significantly improved by adding WER,and the optimum content of WER is recommended to be 2.0%.The strengthening mechanism of WER lies in its functions of"reinforcement","hoop locking"and"interface strengthening".The high-viscosity thermosetting mucilage epoxy resin cured by WER forms a"secondary"bonding interface in the cold recycled mixture of foamed asphalt,which makes up for the internal interface bonding defects of foamed asphalt and improves the integrity.
