水性环氧树脂改性泡沫沥青冷再生混合料性能研究

摘  要:在泡沫沥青冷再生混合料拌和阶段掺加0.5%~2.5%水性环氧树脂(WER),研究水性环氧树脂掺量对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学性能、路用性能和抗松散性能的影响。结果表明:掺加WER可显著提高泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的劈裂强度、动态回弹模量、抗车辙性能、抗水损害性能和抗松散性能;掺量介于1.5%~2.0%时对高温稳定性、水稳定性及抗松散性能的增强效果显著,掺量超过2.0%时会对低温性能产生负面影响;兼顾经济性,推荐适宜的WER掺量为1.5%~2.0%。0.5%-2.5%waterborne epoxy resin(WER)was added to the cold recycled mixture of foamed asphalt in the mixing stage.The effects of waterborne epoxy resin dosage on the mechanical properties,road performance and antiloosening performance of cold recycled mixture of foamed asphalt were studied.The result shows that,the addition of WER can significantly improve the splitting strength,dynamic rebound modulus,anti-rutting performance,water damage resistance and anti-loosening performance of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture.When the dosage exceeds 1.5%-2.0%,it has remarkable effect on the enhancement of high temperature stability,water stability and anti-loosening performance,and will impose a negative impact on the low temperature performance.Considering the economy,the recommended WER dosage is 1.5%-2.0%.
