摘  要:基于路基结构形式、试桩易钻程度和变形发育特征,分析黄土高填路基的主要沉降原因和沉降变形区位;结合宝中线列车荷载特征、轨枕的间距形态、旋喷桩工艺现状及附加荷载影响深度和复合地基承载力的相关计算理论,计算确立竖向旋喷桩的桩长、桩间距、桩径、平面布设形态等施工工艺参数。数值模拟与监测评价表明:采用桩长10.0 m和12.0 m、桩间距1.2 m、桩径0.8 m等参数的竖向旋喷桩三角状布设工艺,可有效抑制区间路基的沉降变形,防治效果良好。Based on the structural form of subgrade,easy drilling of test piles and the characteristics of deformation and development,the main settlement causes and settlement deformation locations of loess high-filled subgrade were analyzed.Combined with train load characteristics,spacing form of sleepers,process status of jet grouting piles,influence depth of additional load and the related calculation theory of composite foundation bearing capacity of Baoji—Zhongwei Railway,the paper calculates to establish construction process parameters of vertical jet grouting piles,e.g.pile length,pile spacing,pile diameter and plane layout form.After the numerical simulation and monitoring evaluation,it shows that,the triangular layout technology of vertical jet grouting piles with parameters such as pile length of 10.0 m and 12.0 m,pile diameter of 0.8 m and pile spacing of 1.2 m can effectively inhibit the settlement deformation of the subgrade in the interval,with good control effect.
