高寒高海拔地区特长公路隧道TBM工作面涌水量预测

摘  要:依托天山胜利特长公路隧道工程,为保障TBM安全施工,在分析区域自然地理、地质条件、水文地质条件的基础上,综合水平定向钻孔涌水过程、水文地质试验成果,优化渗透系数等参数,对TBM工作面的正常涌水量和最大涌水量进行预测。结果表明:TBM工作面在花岗闪长岩段和花岗岩段正常涌水量约100~300 m~3/d,在变质砂岩夹板岩、大理岩段正常涌水量约300~500 m~3/d;TBM工作面穿越断裂带时,涌水量显著增大;预测TBM工作面穿越博阿断裂带的正常涌水量1 250~1 447 m~3/d,最大涌水量3 750~4 342 m~3/d;TBM工作面涌水量预测值与实际值总体吻合。Relying on the Shengli extra-long highway tunnel project in Tianshan Mountains,in order to ensure the safe construction of TBM,based on the analysis of regional natural geography,geological conditions and hydrological conditions,the normal water inflow and maximum water inflow of TBM working face were predicted by integrating the water inflow process of horizontal directional drilling,hydrogeological test results,optimizing permeability coefficient and other parameters.The result shows that,the normal water inflow of TBM working face in granodiorite section and granite section is about 100-300 m3/d,and the normal water inflow in metamorphic sandstone slate and marble section is about 300-500 m3/d.When the TBM working face is crossing the fault zone,water inflow increases significantly.The normal water inflow of TBM working face crossing Bo'a fault zone is predicted to be 1250-1447 m3/d,and the maximum water inflow is 3750-4342 m3/d.The predicted value of water inflow in TBM working face is generally consistent with the actual value.
