摘 要:为了探究细柱西番莲在不同光照强度下的适应性和观赏性,试验动态跟踪了处于6个不同光强下的细柱西番莲(Passiflora suberosa Linnaeus)主蔓、叶片、侧蔓等营养部位生长动态,并分析相关表型特征和观赏性。结果表明,在日平均光照强度为6400 lx(T_(2))的条件下,细柱西番莲主蔓和叶片的生长速度、侧蔓长、节间长、叶片长、叶片宽、整体长势、观赏性等指标显著高于其他处理;在25400 lx(T_(1))的全日照光强条件下,以上指标位居第二,而侧枝分化速度、绒毛密度、叶片厚度等指标则位居第一;1600 lx(T_(3))光强下,各测量指标均位居第三;400 lx(T_(4))和100 lx(T_(5))光强下,细柱西番莲分化生长趋于停滞;50 lx(T_(6))及以下的光照强度则是细柱西番莲的致死光强范围。综上所述,在6个不同的光强环境中,6400 lx的光强环境下,细柱西番莲各项生长指标和观赏性均处于较佳状态。To explore the adaptability and ornamental value of Passiflora suberosa Linnaeus under different light intensities,the growth dynamics of the main vine,leaves,lateral vines,and other vegetative parts were dynamically tracked under six different light intensities and the related phenotypic characteristics and ornamental value were analyzed.The results revealed that the growth rate,lateral vine length,internode length,leaf length,leaf width,overall growth,and ornamental properties of the main vine and leaves of Passiflora suberosa Linnaeus were significantly greater than those of the other treatments under a daily light intensity of 6400 lx(T_(2)).The above indicators ranked second,and the indices of lateral branch differentiation speed,villus density,and leaf thickness ranked first under the full sunshine light intensity of 25400 lx(T_(1)).All the measure-ment indices ranked third under the light intensity of 1600 lx(T_(3)).The differentiation and growth of Passiflora suberosa Linnaeus tended to stop at light intensities of 400 lx(T_(4))and 100 lx(T_(5)).The light intensity of 50 lx(T_(6))and below was the lethal light intensity range of Passiflora suberosa Linnaeus.
