摘 要:为了解圆叶葡萄(Muscadinia rotundifolia Michx)果皮微生物的组成,揭示果皮微生物对圆叶葡萄品性的影响,以16S和ITS测序技术检测了圆叶葡萄Warden果皮微生物的多样性。结果显示:细菌主要有变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌(Bacteroidetes)、浮霉菌(Planctomycetes)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria),优势细菌属有乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、埃希氏菌属—志贺氏杆菌属(Escherichia-Shigella)、柄杆菌属(Caulobacter)和普氏菌属9(Prevotella9);真菌主要为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)和担子菌门(Basidiomycota),优势属为青霉菌属(Penicillium)、曲霉菌属(Aspergillus)、红曲霉属(Monascus)、炭疽菌属(Colletotrichum)、Catenulostroma和土赤壳属(Ilyonectria)。研究表明,圆叶葡萄Warden果皮聚集大量的微生物群落,为揭示微生物对圆叶葡萄风味多样性、酿酒品质及抗病性的影响提供了参考依据。To determine the composition of pericarp microorganisms from the muscadine grape(Muscadinia rotundifolia Michx)and provide a theoretical basis for revealing the effects of microorganisms on the grape,this study used high-throughput se-quencing 16S and ITS to analyze the microbial diversity in the muscadine Warden skins.The results revealed that the domi-nant bacterial phyla were Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Planctomycetes,Acidobacteria,and Actinobacteria,and the dominant genera were Lactobacillus,Escherichia-Shigella,Caulobacter and Prevotella_9.For fungi,the dominant phyla were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota,and the dominant genera were Penicillium,Aspergillus,Monascus,Colletotrichum,Catenulostroma and Ilyonectria.The identification of these microbes provides a reference for understanding the influence of microbes on the unique flavor,wine quality,and disease resistance of muscadine grapes.
