摘 要:探究木本蔬菜赤苍藤(Erythropalum scandens)2年生扦插苗对郁闭度、施肥类型及二者相互作用的适应性,为赤苍藤的栽培环境及肥料施用提供初步的理论支持。试验以全光照下不施肥处理为对照,设置3个郁闭度水平(全光照,0.42~0.51,0.81~0.93)、5种施肥类型(不施肥;单施无机肥,复混合肥∶生物有机肥=4∶1,复混合肥∶生物有机肥=1∶1,单施有机肥)的双因素随机区组试验设计,探究不同郁闭度及施肥处理下赤苍藤植株的生长特性、产量及含水率。结果表明:与对照相比,赤苍藤植株各项指标在不同处理间差异极显著(p<0.01),L_(1)F_(2)(中郁闭度+复混合肥∶生物有机肥=4∶1)处理下赤苍藤的生长状况、产量最佳。相同施肥类型下,除嫩芽粗度及含水率增量外,各生长指标随着郁闭度的增加先增后减。同郁闭度且在相同施肥量条件下,除含水率增量外,各生长指标随有机肥量的增加呈先增后减趋势。隶属度分析表明,中郁闭度(0.42~0.51)+施复混合肥∶生物有机肥=4∶1处理下,赤苍藤的生长效果最佳。选择适宜的施肥配比,为林下套种木本蔬菜赤苍藤苗期培育技术提供理论依据。To investigate the adaptability of two-year-old cuttings of Erythropalum scandens,a woody vegetable,to canopy density,fertilizer type,and their interactions,initial theoretical support for the cultivation environment and fertilizer applica-tion of E.scandens was provided.This experiment used the full light treatment without fertilizer as the control group.It set up three canopy density levels(full light,0.42-0.51,0.81-0.93)and five fertilizer types(no fertilizer,single application of inor-ganic fertilizer,compound fertilizerbio∶-organic fertilizer=41,compound fertilizerbio∶∶-organic fertilizer=11,single∶application of organic fertilizer)in a randomized block design with a double factorial experiment to investigate the growth characteristics,yield,and water content of E.scandens under different canopy densities and fertilizer treatment conditions.The results revealed extremely significant differences(p<0.01)in all the indicators between the control and the various treat-ment conditions.The L_(1)F_(2)(moderate canopy density+compound fertilizerbio∶-organic fertilizer=41)treatment condition∶resulted in the best growth conditions,yield,and water content of E.scandens.For each fertilizer type,except for the increase in tender shoot thickness and water content,all the growth indicators first increased but then decreased as the canopy density increased.For the same canopy density and fertilizer application rate,all the growth indicators first decreased but then in-creased as the organic fertilizer application increased.The membership function analysis revealed that the growth effect of E.scandens under the condition of moderate canopy density(0.42-0.51)+application of compound fertilizerbio∶-organic fer-tilizer=4∶1 was the best.The appropriate fertilization ratio was selected to provide a theoretical basis for the seedling cultivation technology of interplanted woody vegetables in forests.
