基于CiteSpace的植物信息管理系统文献分析

摘　　要：植物信息管理系统是植物资源整理、储存和查询的主要手段。分析国内植物信息管理系统研究的内容和趋势,可为植物资源保护与利用管理提供科学参考,并为植物信息管理系统的后续建设发展提供理论依据。在中国知网中检索植物信息管理系统相关文献资料并汇总,使用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,了解文献分布、研究热点、机构和作者情况,对该领域研究方向和热点问题进行探讨。结果表明:国内植物信息管理系统研究主要分布在信息系统、数据库、多媒体、植物景观、检索、挺水植物、利用和研发领域;发文时间集中在1989—2024年,呈单峰式类型,其中2004—2012年为高峰期;计算机、生物学、植物保护、林农业为热点学科,高校院所间关系较密切;台风灾害、城市空间和药用植物等是当前研究的热点。目前仍需解决研究层次和深度尚不够、机构和作者间合作较少、研究内容相关性低等问题。A plant information management system is the primary means of sorting,storing,and inquiring about plant re-sources.Analyzing the content and trends of domestic plant information management system research can provide scientific references for plant resource protection and utilization management and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent con-struction and development of plant information management systems.By searching for relevant literature resources on plant information management systems in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and using CiteSpace software for visual analysis,the distribution of literature,research hotspots,institutions,and authors can be understood,and the research directions and hot issues in this field can be explored.The results revealed that the research on domestic plant information management systems has focused on information systems,databases,multimedia,plant landscapes,retrieval,emergent water plants,utilization,and development.The period of publication time was concentrated from 1989 to 2024,with a single-peaked type,of which 2004 to 2012 was the peak period.Computer science,biology,plant protection,forestry,and agriculture are the popular disciplines.The relationships between authors and institutes are relatively close.Tropical storm disasters,urban spaces,and medicinal plants are current research hotspots.At present,there are still problems,such as insufficient research level and depth,less cooperation between institutions and authors,and low relevance of research content.
