巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果视域下海南农业科研单位支撑乡村振兴路径研究

摘　　要：基于巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果视域和海南农业科研机构基本情况,从建设农业强国赋予新使命、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果提出新要求、落实乡村振兴战略提出新挑战、发展热带特色高效农业提出新需求和科技创新需要新突破5个方面分析海南农业科研单位支撑乡村振兴面临的形势,提出海南农业科研单位支撑乡村振兴的途径,即释放科技创新活力、加强高水平科技创新、打造高水平创新队伍、强化科技成果转化应用、提升科技服务质量和效率、建设特色科技成果示范基地、积极参与培育基层农技力量和促推农业数字化发展。Based on the perspective of consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation and the basic situation of agricultural research institutions in Hainan,from five aspects,this paper analyzes the situation faced by agricultural research institutions in Hainan to support rural revitalization:the new mission of building agricultural power,the new requirements for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation,the new challenges for implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the new demands for developing tropical characteristics and efficient agriculture,and the need for new breakthroughs in scientific and technological innovation,proposes ways for agricultural research institutions in Hainan to support rural revitalization,including unleashing the vitality of scientific and technological innovation,strengthening high-level scientific and technological innovation,building a high-level innovation team,enhancing the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,improving the quality and efficiency of scientific and technological services,building characteristic scientific and technological achievement demonstration bases,actively participating in the cultivation of grassroots agricultural technology strength,and promoting the digital development of agriculture.
