摘 要:高温和干旱作为2个重要的环境因子,对玉米的生长、发育、产量和品质产生显著影响。近年来,全球气候变暖,地表温度普遍上升,进一步加剧了高温和干旱对玉米生产的不利影响。因此,全面理解高温和干旱胁迫对玉米生产的影响显得尤为重要。文章旨在概述高温、干旱及复合胁迫对玉米生长发育、产量形成及品质的影响,从光合作用、抗氧化系统、内源激素、分子机制等方面阐述其生理机制。此外,总结前人针对高温干旱胁迫下减轻玉米伤害的调控措施,并就未来深入开展玉米高温干旱逆境的研究提出建议。High temperature and drought,as crucial environmental factors,have distinct impacts on the growth,development,yield,and quality of maize.In recent years,the global climate has warmed,and the surface temperature has risen significantly,further exacerbating the adverse effects of high temperature and drought on maize production.Therefore,it is vital to com-prehensively understand the results of high temperature and drought on maize production.In this work,the impacts of high temperature,drought,and combined stresses on the growth,development,yield,and quality of maize were summarized,and the physiological mechanisms are discussed from the photosynthesis aspects,antioxidant system,endogenous hormones,and molecular mechanisms.In addition,previous measures to reduce maize damage under high-temperature and drought stress are summarized,and suggestions for further research on maize high-temperature and drought stress in maize in the future are proposed.
