排导槽进口渐变段泥石流运动特征数值模拟研究

摘  要:进口渐变段作为排导槽设计时需要考虑的重要组成部分,其设计不当易引发泥石流堵塞、爬高等问题,致使防治工程失效。文中采用ANSYS CFX软件,探究了不同极限剪应力、收缩角度和槽身宽度下泥石流在排导槽进口渐变段运动特征的影响关系。研究结果表明:在相同试验条件下,泥石流流速与极限剪应力、收缩角度和槽宽均呈负相关关系;泥石流泥痕高度与极限剪应力、收缩角度呈负相关关系,而与槽宽呈正相关关系。基于推导的无量纲理论公式计算结果发现:泥石流流速变化率受收缩角度的影响最大,受槽宽的影响最小;泥石流泥痕高度变化率受极限剪应力的影响最大,受槽宽的影响最小。文中研究成果为排导槽设计提供了思路和参考,对实现更高排导效率具有借鉴意义。The inlet gradient section is an important part to be considered in the design of the drainage channel.Its improper design is easy to cause debris flow blockage and climbing problems,resulting in the failure of the prevention and control project.Therefore,ANSYS CFX software is used to explore the influence of different ultimate shear stress,contraction angle and channel width on the movement characteristics of debris flow in the inlet gradient section.The results show that under the same experimental conditions,the velocity of debris flow has a negative correlation with the ultimate shear stress,contraction angle and slot width.The mud mark height of debris flow has a negative correlation with the ultimate shear stress and contraction angle,but a positive correlation with the width of the channel.Based on the derived dimensionless theoretical formula,it is found that the change rate of debris flow velocity is most affected by the contraction angle,and is least affected by the groove width.The change rate of debris flow mud mark height is most affected by the ultimate shear stress,and is least affected by the groove width.In summary,according to the research in this paper,it provides ideas and reference for the design of the guide slot and provides reference for achieving higher guide efficiency.
