摘  要:与工程木结构类似,工程竹也是弹脆性材料,相对于刚度,强度具有较大的冗余度,因此其结构设计往往是弹性变形来控制的。在结构的极限设计中,诸如超载及地震等极端荷载下,通常需要结构具有良好的延性以保障结构的安全性,因此,如何通过采用金属连接件的方式提高竹木结构的变形能力是现代竹木结构的一个重要课题。文中借鉴钢筋混凝土梁的设计原理,通过在薄篾格鲁班胶合竹(glubam)工程竹梁中植入狗骨式钢筋,并在梁下部预制裂缝的方式,试图在满足强度与挠度设计的同时增加工程竹梁的延性。通过12根工程竹梁试件四点弯曲加载试验,对比了有无狗骨式植筋,狗骨式植筋的削弱曲屈服段长度以及预设裂缝等变量的影响,并通过数值模拟方法与有限元模型对试验结果进行模拟。结果表明,植筋薄篾glubam梁试件具备良好的延性,同时可以保证弹性段刚度和满足挠度控制的设计要求,对诸如超载及地震等极端荷载下设计有较强的借鉴意义。从模拟结果来看,提出的数值模拟方法与有限元模型可以较好地拟合试验结果,可以在未来设计中参考使用。Similar to engineered wood structures,engineered bamboo is also an elastic-brittle material.Compared with stiffness,its strength has a large redundancy,so its structural design is often controlled by elastic deformation.In the extreme design of structures,under extreme loads such as overload and earthquake,the structure is usually required to have good ductility to ensure the safety of the structure.Therefore,how to improve the deformation capacity of bamboo structures by using metal connectors is an important issue in modern bamboo structures.Drawing on the design principle of reinforced concrete beams,this paper attempts to increase the ductility of engineered bamboo beams while meeting the strength and deflection design by implanting dog-bone steel bars in thin-strip glubam engineered bamboo beams and prefabricating cracks in the lower part of the beams.Through four-point bending loading tests on 12 engineered glubam beam specimens,the effects of variables such as the presence or absence of dog-bone reinforcement,the length of the weakened yield section of the dog-bone reinforcement,and the preset cracks were compared,and the test results were simulated by numerical simulation methods and finite element models.The test results show that the embedded thin-strip glubam beam specimen has good ductility,while ensuring the stiffness of the elastic section and meeting the design requirements of deflection control,which has a strong reference significance for the design under extreme loads such as overload and earthquake.From the simulation results,the proposed numerical simulation method and finite element model can fit the test results well and can be used as a reference in future designs.
