摘 要:为提升螺旋桨的水动力性能,探讨了一种新的附体形式,即环形助推式附体,旨在降低传统螺旋桨附体可能引起的不利影响,如叶片尖端的涡流、增加的压力脉冲等,同时保持节能装置的积极增益。首先,针对选定的螺旋桨和节能附体建立几何模型;然后,基于计算流体力学数值方法对螺旋桨和环形助推式附体组合系统进行敞水性能数值模拟;最后,对比分析了组合推进系统与常规螺旋桨的节能效果。结果表明:新型附体能够使桨盘面后原本扩散的尾流呈现收缩的趋势,尾流场分布更为均匀;叶表面低压区面积减少而高压区增加,叶梢低压区域面积缩小,这有助于减少空化现象的发生;与单桨敞水性能的数值结果相比,加装环形助推式附体的组合系统的推进效率最高可提高6.46%。To enhance the hydrodynamic performance of a propeller,a novel form of appendage,namely the annular-boosted appendage was explored,aiming to mitigate the adverse effects that traditional propeller appendages might induce,such as tip vortex and increased pressure pulses,while maintaining the positive gains of energy-saving devices.Initially,a geometric model was established for the selected propeller and energy-saving appendage.Subsequently,numerical simulation of the open-water performance of the combined system of the propeller and the ring-boosted appendage was conducted based on the CFD numerical method.Finally,a comparative analysis of the energy-saving effect of the combined propulsion system and the conventional propeller was presented.The results indicate that the new appendage can cause the originally diffused wake behind the propeller disc to exhibit a trend of contraction,and the wake field distribution becomes more uniform.The low-pressure area on the blade surface is reduced while the high-pressure area increased,and the area of the low-pressure region at the blade tip is diminished,which helps to reduce the occurrence of cavitation phenomena.Compared with the numerical results of the single propeller open-water performance,the propulsion efficiency of the combined system with the annular-boosted appendage can be improved by up to 6.46%.
