摘  要:针对双边环形绕组直线感应电机气隙磁场、电磁推力解算误差较大的问题,首先通过引入卡氏系数、集肤效应系数、气隙漏抗磁通系数和电抗系数,对有效气隙、次级等值电导率进行修正,进而消除初级齿槽效应和次级集肤效应对气隙磁场、电磁推力解算带来的误差影响;然后,在获取精准气隙磁场特性的基础上,结合次级感应涡流,解析获取了含恒定平均分量、两倍频正弦交变分量的电磁推力数学表达式,并对恒定平均分量的基本行波推力、入端行波推力和出端行波推力的波动分量进行了剖析;最后,在上述工作基础上,计算绘制了气隙磁场、电磁推力特性曲线,并通过有限元仿真及设计实物样机推力测试实验,验证了理论分析的正确性,为双边环形绕组直线感应电机工程实践提供了必要的气隙磁场、电磁推力精准计算的理论支撑。Aims to address significant errors in the air-gap magnetic field and electromagnetic thrust solving of the DSLIM with toroidal winding,by introducing Carter′s coefficient,skin effect coefficient,air-gap leakage flux coefficient,and reactance coefficient,adjustments were made to the effective air gap and secondary equivalent conductivity,thereby mitigating the error effects of primary cogging and secondary skin effect on the air-gap magnetic field and electromagnetic thrust solving.By accurately characterizing the air gap magnetic field and considering secondary induced eddy currents,mathematical expressions were derived for electromagnetic thrust with a constant average component and two times frequency sinusoidal alternating component.The analysis also delved into fluctuating components of basic traveling-wave thrust,inlet traveling-wave thrust,and outlet traveling-wave thrust with a constant average component.Subsequently,characteristic curves for the air-gap magne-tic field and electromagnetic thrust were calculated and plotted based on this groundwork.The theoretical analyses were validated through finite-element simulation and the design of a physical prototype thrust test,thus providing essential theoretical underpinnings for accurately calculating the air-gap magnetic field and electromagnetic thrust in the practical application of DSLIM with toroidal winding.
