摘 要:潜水器在进行高压气吹除主压载水舱上浮过程中,高压气瓶放气状态对整个吹除过程有直接影响。为了有效保证潜水器的生命力,必须对高压气瓶放气特性进行深入研究。基于拉瓦尔喷管+一维定常管流模型对高压气瓶及连接气管道放气过程进行建模,研究了相同总温及不同压强比下的气体流动状态,得到气管道中气体马赫数、质量流量等参数与吹除时间、压强比的关系曲线,并与台架实船工况的实验数据进行了对比验证。结果表明:在两种工况的稳态区间内,气体马赫数的相对误差近似为0,而气体质量流量的相对误差分别小于3.8%和2.7%。During the ballast tank blowing and surfacing course of submersible or submarine,the gas flowing state of high-pressure gas cylinders is of straight influence to the whole process.For the vita-lity of the submersible,it′s necessary to conduct researches on the flowing characteristics of high-pressure cylinder.Based on Laval spray model plus one-dimensional steady channel flow theory,the high-pressure gas cylinder and its connecting gas pipe was modeled and simulated,data curved between flowing Mache number,mass flowing rate and time,pressure ratio were obtained,which were verified by experimental data of two real-equipment in working conditions.The comparison results show that within the stable intervals,the relative errors of Mache number are nearly 0,while the relative errors of mass flowing-rate are below 3.8% and 2.7% respectively.
