摘  要:目的了解和掌握六安市人居及周边环境中家蝇对6种常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据,并为今后的防制工作提供参考。方法网捕法采集家蝇,抗药性测定采用点滴法,采用SPSS 25.0软件进行数据处理和分析。结果2023年六安市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、敌敌畏、毒死蜱和残杀威的抗性倍数分别为205.27、35.36、184.66、18.52、45.99、>31578.95倍,其中对敌敌畏产生了中等水平抗性,对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、毒死蜱和残杀威均产生了高水平抗性。结论六安市家蝇对6种常用杀虫剂均已产生了不同程度的抗性,今后应加强抗药性监测及杀虫剂使用指导,采用杀虫剂混用、轮用策略,科学开展环境孳生地治理和物理灭蝇等防控措施,从而减少蝇类的孳生和预防蝇传疾病。Objective To investigate the insecticide resistance level of Musca domestica in human settlements and surroundings in Lu'an,so as to provide scientific basis for the rational use of insecticides and reference for future control work.Methods M.domestica were collected using net trapping method,and the topical application method was used to determine the resistance levels of M.domestica to insecticides,the data were processed and analyzed with SPSS 25.0 software.Results The resistance ratios of M.domestica to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,tetramethrin,dichlorvos,chlorpyrifos and propoxur were 205.27,35.36,184.66,18.52,45.99 and>31578.95 in Lu'an in 2023.M.domestica developed moderate resistance to dichlorvos and high resistance to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,tetramethrin,chlorpyrifos and propoxur.Conclusion M.domestica shows different degrees of resistance to six commonly used insecticides in Lu'an.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of insecticide resistance and the guidance of insecticide use,adopt the strategies of mixing and rotation of insecticides,scientifically carry out the control measures such as environmental breeding site management and physical control,so as to reduce the breeding of flies and prevent fly borne diseases.
