摘 要:目的调查一起发生在深圳市龙岗区某工业园内的登革热本地暴发疫情,控制疫情规模,了解疫情发生经过及危险因素。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法获取病例及疫点信息,分析疫情发生及传播过程;收集病例信息进行描述性流行病学分析,率的比较使用χ2检验或Fisher精确检验。结果2023年11月20—28日累计报告登革热本地病例6名,均为G园区A公司员工或发病前14 d曾在该公司办公场所活动。A公司616室为疫情传播中心,曾在616室工作的员工罹患率更高,差异有统计学意义(Fisher精确检验,P=0.024),曾在616室工作的罹患率是不在此工作的1.67倍(95%CI:1.10~2.52);616室内的敞口废水桶和饮水机存水盒是本起疫情传播媒介白纹伊蚊的可疑孳生地。结论这是一起因室内生活积水未妥善处理,致使白纹伊蚊大量孳生而引发的登革热本地暴发疫情,提示在开展登革热防控时需同时关注室内外环境的调查和整治,避免因白纹伊蚊局部繁殖活动导致疫情的小范围暴发流行。Objective To investigate a local cluster epidemic of dengue fever in an industrial park in Longgang District,Shenzhen,control the outbreak scale of the epidemic,and to understand the process and risk factors of the epidemic.Methods Field epidemiological investigation was used to obtain the information of cases and epidemic sites,and to analyze the occurrence and transmission process of the epidemic.Case information was collected for descriptive epidemiological analysis,and rates were compared using Chi-square test or Fisher's exact test.Results 6 local cases of dengue fever were reported from November 20 to 28,2023.All of them were employees of company A in G park or had worked in the company's office 14 days before the onset of the disease.Room 616 of company A was the epidemic transmission center,and the incidence rate of those who had worked in room 616 was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(Fisher's exact test,P=0.024).The incidence rate of those who had worked in room 616 was 1.67 times than that of those who did not work in the room(95%CI:1.10-2.52).The open waste water buckets and water dispenser storage boxes in room 616 were suspected breeding sites of Aedes albopictus,the vector of transmission in this outbreak.Conclusion This is a local outbreak of dengue fever caused by a large number of Ae.albopictus due to improper treatment of indoor living water,which suggests that attention should be paid to the investigation and remediation of indoor and outdoor environments during the prevention and control of dengue fever,so as to avoid a small-scale outbreak caused by local breeding activities of Ae.albopictus.
