摘　　要：板蓝根常用于治疗和预防不同的疾病,是我国应用最广泛的中药之一。板蓝根具有免疫调节、抗菌、抗炎等重要的生物活性,尤以有效的抗病毒生物活性而闻名。板蓝根的化学成分复杂,主要包含多糖类、氨基酸类、生物碱类、有机酸类等化合物。板蓝根可被制成多种药物制剂类型,在动物生产中也得到了广泛的应用。文章主要从板蓝根的化学成分、生物学功能、不良反应、相关制剂、畜牧生产上的应用等方面进行总结与讨论,旨在为板蓝根在动物生产中的应用提供理论参考依据,为板蓝根的进一步研究和应用提思路。Isatidis radix is often used to treat and prevent different diseases and is one of the most widely used traditional Chinese medicine in China.Isatidis root has important biological activities such as immunomodulatory,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,especially its effective antiviral biological activity.The chemical composition of Isatis root is complex,mainly containing polysaccharides,amino acids,alkaloids,organic acids and other compounds.Isatis root can be made into a variety of pharmaceutical preparations and has been widely used in animal production.This paper mainly summarizes and discusses the chemical composition,biological function,adverse reactions,related preparations,and application of radix isatidis in animal production,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the application of isatidis radix in animal production,and propose ideas for further research and application of isatidis radix.
