摘  要:壳寡糖是一种天然的碱性生物高分子多糖,具有抗菌消炎、抗氧化、改善肠道菌群结构、调节免疫等生物活性。不同分子质量、不同聚合度和不同脱乙酰度的壳寡糖生物活性存在明显差异,但当前使用的壳寡糖多是混合寡糖,且在动物生产中的研究主要聚焦在对动物生长性能和免疫功能的影响上,对其发挥生物活性的细胞和分子机制等还了解不够,因此有待进一步改进壳寡糖的制备方法,从动物肠道健康的角度开展系统的理论研究。文章从壳寡糖的生物活性和在养殖业中的应用等方面重点进行总结和分析,以期为壳寡糖在养殖业中的应用提供参考依据。Chitosan oligosaccharides are natural alkaline biopolymer polysaccharides,which have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,improving intestinal flora structure,and regulating immunityand other biological activities.There are significant differences in the bioactivity of chitosan oligosaccharides with different molecular weights,polymerization degrees and deacetylation degrees.However,most of the currently used chitosan oligosaccharides are mixed oligosaccharides,and studies in animal production mainly focuses on their effects on animal growth performance and immune function,and little is known about the cellular and molecular mechanisms by which chitosan oligosaccharides exert biological activity.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the preparation method of chitosan oligosaccharides,and carry out systematic theoretical research from the perspective of animal intestinal health.In this paper,the bioactivity and application of chitosan oligosaccharides in the breeding industry will be summarized and analyzed,in order to provide reference for the application of chitosan oligosaccharides in the breeding industry.
