摘  要:试验旨在研究影响瘤胃上皮吸收挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)的3个因素(瘤胃液pH、瘤胃液渗透压和瘤胃液挥发性脂肪酸浓度)是如何分别影响瘤胃上皮吸收功能的,并建立各自影响挥发性脂肪酸吸收的预测方程。选用2岁体重为(45±5)kg的4只雌性杜泊绵羊,进行瘤胃小胃手术,之后分别进行瘤胃液挥发性脂肪酸浓度、瘤胃液pH、瘤胃液渗透压3个影响因素的单因素试验,探究3个因素对VFAs吸收的影响并建立预测方程。①人工瘤胃液渗透压在240~360 mOmsm/L时,VFAs吸收速度预测方程分别为:总酸,y=117.233e^(-0.005x),R^(2)=0.976;乙酸,y=74.951e^(-0.006x),R^(2)=0.873;丙酸,y=28.331e^(-0.005x),R^(2)=0.677;丁酸,y=13.695e^(-0.005x),R^(2)=0.677。②人工瘤胃液pH为5.0~8.0时,VFAs吸收速度预测方程分别为:总酸,y=243.765e^(-0.364x),R^(2)=0.931;乙酸,y=212.905e-0.422x,R^(2)=0.857;丙酸,y=41.040e-0.282x,R^(2)=0.858;丁酸,y=19.637e^(-0.324x),R^(2)=0.937。③在人工瘤胃液渗透压为300 mOmsm/L、pH为6.0,总酸浓度为50~170 mmol/L的范围内,VFAs吸收速度预测方程分别为:总酸,y=29.350 ln(x)-102.990,R^(2)=0.948,浓度为50~170 mmol/L;乙酸,y=12.491 ln(x)-33.813,R^(2)=0.978,浓度为30~102 mmol/L;丙酸,y=12.581 ln(x)-32.098,R^(2)=0.861,浓度为15~51 mmol/L;丁酸,y=4.275 ln(x)-5.705,R^(2)=0.923,浓度为5~17 mmol/L。人工瘤胃液渗透压在240~360 mOmsm/L时,VFAs的吸收速度随渗透压升高而降低;人工瘤胃液pH为5.0~8.0时,VFAs的吸收速度随pH升高而降低;在一定范围内,随VFAs浓度的升高,其吸收速度也升高。This study investigated the individual effects of three factors–rumen fluid pH,osmotic pressure,and volatile fatty acid(VFA)concentration on VFA absorption by rumen epithelium and established predictive equations for each factor.Four female Dorper sheep aged 2 years and weighing(45±5)kg were selected to undergo rumen mini-stomach surgery.After that,the three influencing factors of rumen fluid volatile fatty acid concentration,rumen fluid pH,and rumen fluid osmotic pressure were treated with single-factor experiments to explore these effects on VFAs absorption and establish prediction equations.①When the artificial rumen fluid osmotic pressure was 240-360 mOmsm/L,the predictive equations for VFA absorption rates were as follows:total acid,y=117.233e^(-0.005x),R^(2)=0.976;acetic acid,y=74.951e^(-0.006x),R^(2)=0.873;propionic acid,y=28.331e^(-0.005x),R^(2)=0.677;butyric acid,y=1.695e^(-0.005x),R^(2)=0.677.②When the artificial rumen fluid pH ranged from 5.0 to 8.0,the predictive equations for VFA absorption rates were as follows:total acid,y=24.765e^(-0.364x),R^(2)=0.931;acetic acid,y=21.905e-0.422x,R^(2)=0.857;propionic acid,y=41.040e-0.282x,R^(2)=0.858;butyric acid,y=19.637e^(-0.324x),R^(2)=0.937.③In a certain range,artificial rumen fluid osmotic pressure was 300 mOsm/L,pH was 6.0,and within the range of 50-170 mmol/L total acid concentration,the prediction equations of the absorption rate of VFAs were as follows:total acid,y=29.350ln(x)-102.990,R^(2)=0.948(50-170 mmol/L);acetic acid,y=12.491ln(x)-33.813,R^(2)=0.978(30-102 mmol/L);propanoic acid,y=12.581ln(x)-32.098,R^(2)=0.861(15-51 mmol/L);butyric acid,y=4.275ln(x)-5.705,R^(2)=0.923(5-17 mmol/L).The osmolarity of rumen fluid is in the range of 240-360 mOmsm/L,the absorption rate of VFAs decreases with the rise in osmolarity;the pH value of rumen fluid is in the range of 5.0-8.0,the absorption rate of VFAs decreases with the rise in pH,and the absorption rate of VFAs increases with the rise in VFAs concentration in a certain range.
