摘　　要：试验旨在评估不同厂家酵母培养物对湖羊生长性能及养殖经济效益的影响,为酵母培养物在畜禽养殖中的合理应用奠定基础。选取体重22 kg的2~3月龄湖羊40只,随机分成4组,试验1、2、3组每天在日粮精补料中添加不同品牌的酵母培养物10 g/头,对照组不添加。试验期40 d,测定各组羊平均体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比及经济效益。结果显示:试验1、2组末重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验1、2组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验2组平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在日粮中添加酵母培养物可以提高湖羊经济效益,试验1、2、3组每头羊养殖利润分别较对照组提高34.10、46.60、21.95元。综上所述,在日粮中添加酵母培养物可提高育肥期湖羊平均日增重、平均日采食量,降低料重比,其中增加养殖收益,酵母培养物2效果最好。The experiment aims to evaluate the effects of yeast cultures from different growth performance and economic benefits of Hu sheep,laying the foundation for the rational application of yeast cultures in livestock and poultry breeding.A total of forty 2-3 month old Hu sheep weighing 22 kg were randomly divided into four groups.In experiments groups 1,2 and 3,10 g/head of different brands of yeast culture were added daily to the diet concentrate,and the control group was not added.During the 40 day experimental period,the average body weight,average daily weight gain,average daily feed intake,feed to weight ratio,and economic benefits of each group of sheep were measured.The results showed that:the final weight of groups 1 and 2 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain of groups 1 and 2 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake of experiment group 2 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The feed to weight ratio of the experimental groups were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Adding yeast culture to the diet can improve the economic benefits of Hu sheep.The breeding profits per sheep in groups 1,2 and 3 increased by 34.10,46.60,and 21.95 yuan respectively compared to the control group.In summary,adding yeast culture to the diet can significantly increase the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of Hu sheep during the fattening period,while reducing the feed to weight ratio.Among them,yeast culture 2 has the best effect.
