日粮添加蒙脱石对湖羊生长性能、血浆生化及抗氧化指标的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究日粮中添加蒙脱石对湖羊生长性能、血浆生化和抗氧化指标的影响。选取20只健康、体重相近[(31.71±1.32) kg]的育肥湖羊,随机分为对照组和蒙脱石组,每组10只羊。对照组饲喂基础日粮,蒙脱石组在基础日粮中添加3 g/kg蒙脱石(干物质基础),试验期30 d,分别于试验第1天和试验结束次日晨饲前对湖羊进行空腹称重并记录采食量。结果表明:饲粮中添加蒙脱石,显著提高了试验期间湖羊的干物质采食量(P<0.05),显著降低湖羊血浆中三酰甘油和肌酐的含量(P<0.05),但对湖羊血浆抗氧化指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,在湖羊日粮中添加3 g/kg蒙脱石后能够在一定程度上提高湖羊的生长性能,降低血浆三酰甘油和肌酐的含量,有利于湖羊健康。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of montmorillonite on growth performance,plasma biochemistry and antioxidant indexes of Hu sheep.In this study,20 healthy fattening Hu sheep with similar weight[(31.71±1.32)kg]were randomly divided into two groups with 10 sheep in each group.The control group was fed basal diet,and the montmorillonite group was supplemented with 3 g/kg montmorillonite(dry matter basis)to the basal diet for 30 days,and the Hu sheep were weighed on an empty stomach and recorded their feed intake before morning feeding on the 1st and 31st days of the experiment,respectively.The results showed that:montmorillonite supplementation significantly increased the dry matter feed intake of Hu sheep during the experiment(P<0.05),the content of triglyceride and creatinine significantly reduced in the plasma of Hu sheep(P<0.05),but the antioxidant index of Hu sheep had no significant effect(P>0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 3 g/kg montmorillonite to the diet of Hu sheep can improve the growth performance of Hu sheep to a certain extent,reduce the content of plasma triglyceride and creatinine,which is conducive to the health of Hu sheep.
