摘 要:肉食性鱼类主要依赖于食物来源的脂肪和蛋白质满足其能量需求。但糖类作为最直接的细胞燃料,同样对其生命活动起着关键性作用。文章以肉食性鱼类鲈、鳢、鳜为研究对象,总结了其对糖脂的营养需求,并在了解糖脂代谢过程及其相互作用的情况下,基于影响因素探究了调控鱼类糖脂代谢紊乱的策略,以期为肉食性鱼类能量代谢和食性进化提供理论参考。Carnivorous fish mainly rely on fat and protein from their food sources to meet their energy needs.However,carbohydrate,as the most direct cell fuel,also plays a crucial role in life activity.This study focuses on carnivorous fish such as perch,snakehead and mandarin fish,summarizing their nutritional requirements for carbohydrate and lipid.In addition,we explored strategies for regulating glucose-lipid metabolism disorder in fish based on influencing factors,which in order to provide theoretical reference for energy metabolism and dietary evolution of carnivorous fish.
