黄精、玉竹须根对肉鸡生产性能、免疫器官指数及机体抗氧化能力的影响

摘　　要：研究旨在探究饲粮中添加黄精属植物(黄精、玉竹)须根对白羽肉鸡(AA)的生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、免疫器官指数、血清生化指标和脏器抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取健康状况良好、体重相近的1日龄AA肉鸡90羽,随机分为3组(每组5个重复,每个重复6羽),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别添加3.8%的黄精、玉竹须根粉,试验期42 d。结果表明:①添加3.8%的黄精、玉竹须根粉对肉鸡的生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05);②添加3.8%的黄精、玉竹须根粉能显著增加肉鸡的屠宰性能及鸡肉的嫩度和保水能力(P<0.05);③添加3.8%的黄精、玉竹须根粉能显著增加肉鸡血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化酶的活性(P<0.05),从而增强机体的抗氧化能力。综上所述,饲粮中添加3.8%的黄精、玉竹须根粉能一定程度提升肉鸡的肌肉品质,改善血清和肝脏的抗氧化能力,从而促进机体健康状况。This study aimed to investigate the effects of adding the fibrous root of Polygonatum.Mill.(Polygo-natum sibiricum,Polygonatum odoratum)plants in feed on the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,immune organ index,sorum biochemical and organ antioxidant capacity of white-feathered broilers(AA),901-day-old AA broiler chickens with good health and similar weight were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 3 groups(5 replicates in each group,with 6 chickens in each replicate).The control group was fed with basic feed,while the experimental group was supplemented with 3.8%Polygonatum sibiricum and Polygonatum odoratum fibrous root powder.The experimental period was 42 days.The results showed that:①adding 3.8%Polygonatum sibiricum and Polygonatum odoratum fibrous root powder had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers(P>0.05);②adding 3.8%Polygonatum sibiricum and Polygonatum odora-tum fibrous root powder can significantly improve the slaughter performance of broilers,as well as increase the tenderness and water retention capacity of the chicken(P<0.05);③adding 3.8%Polygonatum sibiricum and Polygonatum odora-tum fibrous root powder can significantly increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD and CAT in the serum and liver of broiler chickens(P<0.05),thereby enhancing the body's antioxidant capacity.In summary,adding 3.8%Polygonatum sibiricum and Polygonatum odoratum fibrous root powder to the diet can improve muscle quality,improve liver antioxidant capacity,and promote the health of the body.
