摘  要:畜禽养殖场臭气产生和排放受到季节、温度、湿度、通风等各方面因素的影响。目前,针对养殖场的臭气治理技术主要包括源头减量、过程控制和末端处理三方面。然而,单一的处理方法并不能完全消除臭气污染,建立“源头减量-过程控制-末端治理”三位一体的除臭创新模式至关重要。随着人工智能技术的进步,智能化养殖已成为新的发展趋势,其通过精准监测、智能通风、智能饲料管理、智能脱臭设备、数据分析优化和智能清洁等手段实现臭气减排。文章针对养殖场臭气问题,对其来源、排放特点和危害进行了系统梳理,比较源头减量、过程控制、末端治理及综合除臭技术,概括当前臭气减排智能化管控技术,以期有效减少畜禽养殖场臭气产生和排放,改善养殖环境,保护周边生态环境和人类健康,促进畜禽养殖业的可持续发展。Livestock and poultry farm odor generation and emission are affected by season,temperature,humidity,ventilation,and other factors.Currently,the farm odor treatment technology mainly includes three aspects:source reduction,process control,and end treatment.However,a single treatment method cannot completely eliminate the odor pollution,so it is very important to establish a trinity of"source reduction-process control-end treatment"deodorization mode innovation.With the progress of artificial intelligence technology,intelligent breeding has become a new development trend,which achieves odor emission reduction through precise monitoring,intelligent ventilation,intelligent feed management,intelligent deodorization equipment,data analysis and optimization,and intelligent cleaning.In view of the problem issue of odor in farms,this paper provides a systematic analysis of its sources,emission characteristics characteristics,and hazards.It also compares various technologies for reducing odor,including source reduction,process control,end treatment,and comprehensive deodorization.Additionally,the paper summarizes the current advancements in intelligent control technology for odor reduction,which has the potential to effectively decrease the generation and emission of odor in livestock and poultry farms.This technology can contribute to improving the breeding environment,safeguarding the surrounding ecological environment and human health,and promoting the sustainable development of livestock and poultry farming.
