摘  要:为提高消防救援队伍灭火救援行动安全管控水平,从人员、技术和环境3个维度构建灭火救援行动安全影响因素集,运用DEMATEL-ISM方法研究因素之间的相互关系并解析不同影响因素的层次结构,建立灭火救援行动安全影响因素模型。该模型分析研究表明:灭火救援行动安全受到7个表层因素、6个过渡层因素和3个根源层因素的综合影响,其中的7个关键因素对行动安全影响显著,递阶结构可有效表征影响因素间的关联,根据因素所处的层次结构和相互影响程度制定针对性管控措施,可提高灭火救援行动安全水平。In order to improve the safety control level of firefighting and rescue operations of fire brigades,a method for analyzing safety influencing factors of firefighting and rescue operations is proposed based on DEMATEL-ISM.The safety influencing factors index of firefighting and rescue operation is constructed from three dimensions:personnel,techniques and environment.The DEMATEL-ISM method is used to study the interaction between these factors and analyze the hierarchical structure of different factors.Then,a model of influencing factors is established.The results of model analysis show that the safety of firefighting and rescue operations is affected by a complex interplay of 7 surface-level factors,6 transition-level factors,and 3 root-level factors,among which 7 key factors have a significant impact on operational safety.The hierarchical structure represents the relationship between the influencing factors effectively.Targeted control measures formulated according to the hierarchical structure and mutual influence degree of factors can improve the safety level of firefighting and rescue operations.
