城市公共自行车长期与短期用户出行满意度影响机理分析

摘　　要：城市公共自行车是现代城市绿色交通的重要组成部分,随着城市发展和环境保护意识的不断提高,其使用率不断攀升。但因经营不善以及受到共享单车热潮的冲击,公共自行车在国内的发展日渐式微。为提出优化政策建议,本文通过问卷调查收集用户公共自行车出行行为数据,并按照用户的出行频次进行长期、短期用户的划分,采用有序Logistic回归模型进行分析,研究长期用户与短期用户使用城市公共自行车出行的满意度的影响机理。结果表明出行距离、出行费用和出行时间长短等因素对用户出行满意度有显著影响。Urban public bicycles are an important part of modern urban green transportation,and their use rate is rising with the continuous improvement of urban development and environmental protection awareness.However,due to poor management and the impact of the bike-sharing boom,the development of public bicycles in China is gradually declining.In order to put forward optimization policy suggestions,this paper collects the data of users’public bicycle travel behavior through a questionnaire survey,divides long-term and short-term users according to the users’travel frequency,and uses the ordinal Logistic regression model to analyze the influence mechanism of long-term users and short-term users’satisfaction with urban public bicycle travel.The results show that factors such as travel distance,travel cost,and travel time have a significant impact on user travel satisfaction.
