摘　　要：压实质量控制是水泥稳定碎石施工中的关键环节,对提高基层强度和稳定性至关重要。通过分析下承层状况、混合料含水率、压实厚度、压实机具组合、振动压路机参数及压实工艺等对水泥稳定碎石基层压实质量的影响发现,下承层强度均匀不足、平整度差会降低基层压实质量,如发现这类问题应及时处理;混合料在最佳含水率下更容易压实,天气炎热且运距长时,拌合加水量需要根据粗、细集料的含量情况,在最佳含水率的基础上增加0.5%~2.0%;压实厚度应与摊铺和压实设备相适应,当设备允许时,厚度超过20 cm的混合料可以采用整体摊铺、整体压实的方式;使用胶轮压路机能够在压实的同时减少水泥稳定碎石表面石料的破碎;考虑到压实质量和压实效率,振动压路机复压速度应控制在2.5~3.5 km·h^(-1);细料多的混合料压实遍数应为6~8遍,粗颗粒较多的混合料可再增加2~3遍。Compaction quality is a key link in the construction of cement stabilized crushed stone,which is crucial for improving the strength and stability of the base layer.By analyzing the influence of the condition of the underlying layer,the moisture content of the mixture,the compaction thickness,the combination of compaction equipment,the parameters of the vibratory roller,and the compaction process on the compaction quality of the cement stabilized crushed stone base,the study shows that insufficient uniformity and poor flatness of the underlying layer can reduce the compaction quality of the base.If such problems are found,they should be dealt with in a timely manner;The mixture is easier to compact at the optimal moisture content.When the weather is hot and the transportation distance is long,the amount of water added to the mixture needs to be increased by 0.5%to 2.0%based on the content of coarse and fine aggregates,on the basis of the optimal moisture content;The compaction thickness should be suitable for the paving and compaction equipment.When the equipment allows,mixtures with a thickness exceeding 20 cm can be spread and compacted as a whole;The use of rubber roller can reduce the crushing of cement stabilized crushed stone surface materials while compacting;Considering the compaction quality and efficiency,the compaction speed of the vibratory roller should be controlled between 2.5~3.5 km·h^(-1):The compaction times for mixtures with more fine materials should be 6~8 times,and for mixtures with more coarse particles,an additional 2~3 times can be added.
