摘  要:水泥稳定碎石基层在我国应用广泛,由于温度变化引起的温缩开裂时常发生。温缩系数能够从一定程度上反映水泥稳定碎石出现温缩裂缝的概率。目前,水泥稳定碎石温缩系数测试可以采用电阻应变片法、千分表法或直线位移计法以及振弦传感器法。本文对上述方法进行了对比分析后认为,从测试原理上,采用电阻应变片法和振弦传感器法进行水泥稳定碎石温缩系数的测试存在一定缺陷。而将千分表或直线位移计置于环境箱之外,并采取措施避免传感器与箱体接触,有助于提高测试的可靠性。Cement-stabilized gravel base course is widely used in China,but temperature shrinkage cracking often occurs due to temperature changes.The temperature shrinkage coefficient can reflect the possibility of temperature shrinkage cracks in cement-stabilized gravel to a certain extent.At present,the temperature shrinkage coefficient test of cement-stabilized gravel can be carried out using the resistance strain gauge method,the micrometer method,the linear displacement gauge method,and the vibrating wire sensor method.This paper compares and analyzes the above methods and believes that:from the perspective of test principle,there are certain deficiencies in using the resistance strain gauge method and the vibrating wire sensor method to test the temperature shrinkage coefficient of cement stabilized macadam.Placing the micrometer or linear displacement gauge outside the environmental chamber and taking measures to avoid contact between the sensor and the chamber can help improve the reliability of the test.
