摘 要:为了给秘鲁某复杂铜铅锌铁矿石选矿工艺研究提供理论依据,通过现场取样,采用化学分析、自动矿物参数分析系统、光学显微镜等方法获取了矿物组成及质量分数,进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究。研究表明:原矿中Cu、Pb、Zn、Fe品位分别为0.17%、0.32%、0.68%、52.39%。原矿构造主要为致密块状和次块状构造,主要结构为细粒自形结构、细粒半自形、他形结构、交代溶蚀结构。原矿矿物种类较多,可选的矿物为磁铁矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿和方铅矿。依据工艺矿物学研究结果推荐采用“磁选铁矿-铜铅锌混浮-铜与铅锌分离回收铜-铅锌等可浮再分离”的选别流程。In order to provide a theoretical basis for the research on the beneficiation process of a complex copper-lead-zinc iron ore in Peru,the mineral composition and mass fraction were obtained through field sampling,chemical analysis,automatic mineral parameter analysis system and optical microscopy,and detailed process mineralogy research was carried out.The results show that Cu,Pb,Zn and Fe in the raw ore are 0.17%,0.32%,0.68%and 52.39%,respectively.The primary ore structure is mainly dense block structure and subblock structure,and the main structure is fine grained idiomorphic structure,fine grained semi-idiomorphic structure,heteromorphic structure and metasomatic solution structure.There are many kinds of raw ore minerals,and the optional minerals are magnetite,chalcopyrite,sphalerite and galena.According to the results of process mineralogy,it is recommended to adopt the separation process of"magnetic separation of iron ore-mixed flotation of copper,lead and zinc-separation of copper from lead and zinc,recovery of copper,lead and zinc and other floating and then separation".
