摘 要:硫酸渣是一种宝贵的二次资源。以河南某硫酸渣为研究对象,该渣中富含大量的Fe,Fe品位高达38.46%,由于铁矿物嵌布粒度最大仅有0.02 mm,难以达到单体解离,造成该硫酸渣极其难选。分别通过磁选、反浮选、磁重、直接还原等实验手段,研究提取优质铁精粉的方法,最终采用磁选—反浮选工艺流程,获得了Fe品位为55.75%的硫酸渣铁精矿产品,Fe品位提高约17个百分点,SiO_(2)含量降低19个百分点,有害元素S含量从1.314%降低到0.260%。Sulfuric acid slag is a valuable secondary resource.A sulfuric acid slag from Henan Province was taken as the research object,the slag is rich in a large amount of Fe,with Fe grade of up to 38.46%.Due to the maximum particle size of iron ore embedding being only 0.02 mm,it is difficult to achieve monomer dissociation,resulting in extremely difficult selection of the sulfuric acid slag.Uses experimental research methods such as magnetic separation,reverse flotation,magnetic gravity,and direct reduction to achieve the goal of extracting high-quality iron concentrate powder.Finally,the magnetic separation reverse flotation process is adopted to obtain a sulfuric acid slag iron concentrate product with Fe grade of 55.75%.The Fe grade is increased by about 17 percentage points,the SiO_(2) content is reduced by 19 percentage points,and the harmful element S content is reduced from 1.314%to 0.26%.
